The course introduces the composition, coloring, multimedia tools, animation and other contents in creating the MS PowePoint (PPT) file, following the procedures of creation, modification and decoration, with the theoretical explanations and practice. The focuses are the specification for creating the business PPT files, how to highlight the opinions in PPT files and how to show the distinctive design of the file.

1. Learn about the specification for creating PPT files, find out the drawbacks in the completed file, and know how to quickly improve the quality; 
2. Know the specification for the objects in PPT, e.g. text, picture, graphic, etc. 
3. Identify the difference between the forms in PPT and those in Excel, and know how to use the forms for stressing the opinions; 
4. Learn about the multimedia objects in PPT, e.g. flash, animation, video, music, etc.
